DOES IT REQUIRE ASSEMBLY
The base and the shade structure are two separate pieces. Assembly is not complicated and we will supply instructions. Since the base is heavy, assembly will require at least two people. If it is crated for delivery you will need a screwdriver to open the wooden crate.
IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE
No it is not.

This lamp can be produced in any of our standard powder coating colours.
IS THE LAMPSHADE ADJUSTABLE
The lampshade can tilt slightly on a knuckle just above the shade.
WHAT KIND OF GLOBE SHOULD I USE WITH THIS LAMP
An ES screw-in globe. We recommend using a Top Mirror Globe Lamp.
WHAT TYPE OF PLUG DOES THIS LIGHT USE
A SABS-certified South African 3 pin plug with an inline floor foot switch.

Orders can also be collected from a Johannesburg address, during office hours, free of charge.

RETURNS
Goods purchased online may be exchanged within a 10 day period of receiving delivery. Only goods received in their original condition will be exchanged.
If there is no physical defect or fault with the product and the exchange is based on style, finish or size, then a collection fee will be applicable and delivery fees will not be credited.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
If the goods are found to be defective or damaged we will replace the goods at no cost.
